SHIPPING and DELIVERY

At Brahmani Home, we take great care in ensuring your furniture reaches you safely.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. Unfortunately, this excludes Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and certain Scottish Highlands/Islands.

If you are outside these areas, please contact us for a delivery quote before placing an order.

Delivery fee

Due to the size and weight of our pieces, there is a £75 flat-rate delivery fee across mainland UK.

Delivery method

All items are handled by our in-house team or trusted domestic couriers. Larger pieces are heavy — please arrange for at least two additional people on-site to assist with lifting.

Delivery is guaranteed to the ground floor only; while weandapos;ll do our best to place items in your chosen room.

Access and responsibility

Please check that your chosen item will fit through doorways, hallways, and stairwells before ordering. Buyers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and covering return costs if items cannot be delivered.

Scheduling

Deliveries take place Monday–Friday. Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid delays.

Delivery timeframe

Orders are usually delivered within 10–14 working days

RETURNS

We hope you love your Brahmani Home piece, but if for any reason it isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any loss in value resulting from use, damage, or improper packaging may be deducted from your refund.
